Tuna casserole

I finally got around to making my tuna casserole, prompted by the sudden recollection today that I had some vegetables in the fridge that needed to be eaten very soon :). It was super easy - I boiled fusilli noodles while I washed the vegetables (carrots, broccoli, beans, and baby corn), then combined the noodles and vegetables in a casserole dish with cream of mushroom soup, milk, and tuna. I topped the entire thing off with a layer of shredded cheddar cheese, threw it into the oven for 25 minutes and, voila, tuna casserole!


Don't mind the messy casserole dish - it got a bit dirty around the edges as I mixed everything together :).
